目的:研究清源化痰颗粒对实验性慢性支气管炎支气管肺损伤小鼠抗自由基的作用及其机制;方法:采用寒冷刺激复加熏烟所致小鼠慢性支气管炎模型,观察小鼠肺组织匀浆丙二醛(MDA)含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的改变以及清源化痰颗粒对MDA、SOD变化及支气管肺组织病理形态学的影响;结果:清源化痰颗粒防治组与模型组相比,支气管肺炎性损伤明显减轻,肺匀浆MDA含量下降,SOD活力上升,变化的程度与用药量呈明显的量效关系,其抗自由基作用与地塞米松相近;结论:清源化痰颗粒对实验性慢性支气管炎肺损伤小鼠具有抗自由基损伤的作用。
Objective: To study the effect and mechanism of Qingyuanhuayu Granule on anti-free radical in mice with chronic bronchitis induced by bronchopulmonary injury. Methods: To observe the mouse lungs by using chronic bronchitis model induced by cold stimulation and smoking fuming. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA), the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in homogenate and the effect of Qingyuan Huayu Granule on the changes of MDA and SOD and pathomorphology of bronchoalveolar tissue were observed. Results: Qingyuan Huayu Granules Compared with the model group, the bronchopneumoniae injury was significantly reduced in the prevention group, the MDA content in the lung homogenate was decreased, and the SOD activity was increased. The degree of change was in a dose-effect relationship with the dose, and its anti-free radical effect was similar to that of dexamethasone. Conclusion: Qingyuanhuayu granules have anti-free radical damage effect on mice with chronic lung injury induced by chronic bronchitis.
