通过整体和部件的力与力矩的平衡关系,推导了反四连杆放顶煤液压支架在不考虑掩护梁受力和考虑掩护梁受力2种状态下的力学平衡方程组,并对方程组进行了求解;通过列表的方式对比了两状态下不同摩擦系数的ZFS6500/19/34液压支架的力学数据差异。论证了只有考虑掩护梁受力,才能准确地计算出反四连杆放顶煤液压支架整体的力学特性。
The equations of mechanical equilibrium for the hydraulic support of the anti - four - bar caving hydraulic support without considering the force of the shield beam and the bearing capacity of the shield beam are deduced through the balance between the force and moment of the whole and the parts. The equations are solved. The difference of mechanical data of ZFS6500 / 19/34 hydraulic support with different friction coefficient in two states is compared by way of list. It is demonstrated that only by considering the force of the shield beam, the mechanical properties of the hydraulic support of the anti-four-link caving coal can be accurately calculated.
