加拿大某造纸厂为调查并减轻超级压光辊组中一个导辊上胶粘物的沉积,从超级压光辊组上采集了一些沉积物样品并进行了化学组成分析、热力学性能测试及热重分析。化学分析结果表明,沉积物样品的主要成分是能溶于丙酮的被定义为树脂或木材抽出物的物质;热重分析结果显示,在沉积物样品中,50~200℃范围内的质量损失少于5%,在热重分析前、后分别进行的气相色谱分析也得到了相似的样品化学成分。该研究还用降黏和固着等2种控制途径减少超级压光辊组上树脂类沉积物的生成,并比较了它们性能的优劣。
A paper mill in Canada investigated and mitigated the deposition of a gummy on a roll in a super calender roll. Some sediment samples were collected from a super calender roll and analyzed for chemical composition, thermodynamic performance, and thermogravimetric analysis. The chemical analysis showed that the main component of the sediment samples was acetone-soluble material which was defined as resin or wood extract. The results of thermogravimetric analysis showed that the mass loss in the sediment samples was less in the range of 50-200 ℃ At 5%, similar sample chemistries were obtained by gas chromatographic analysis performed before and after the thermogravimetric analysis, respectively. The study also reduced the formation of resinous sediments on the super calender roll by two control ways, such as viscosity reduction and fixation, and compared their performance.
