本文作者用DNA解旋的荧光检测(FADU)方法观察了γ射线对V79细胞DNA的损伤作用及黄芪总黄酮对其作用的防护效果。结果表明细胞DNA链断裂率与γ射线的照射量成正比。黄芪总黄酮浓度为0.6mg/ml时即对DNA损伤有保护作用,当浓度达1.2mg/ml时,对γ射线所致DNA链断裂损伤有非常显著的防护效果。
The authors used DNA unwinding fluorescence detection (FADU) method to observe the DNA damage of γ-rays on V79 cells and the protective effect of total flavonoids of Astragalus on it. The results show that the cell DNA strand breakage rate is proportional to the amount of γ-ray irradiation. Astragalus total flavonoids concentration of 0.6mg / ml that DNA damage protection, when the concentration of 1.2mg / ml, the γ-ray damage caused by DNA strand breaks have a very significant protective effect.
