报道了以半乳糖为原料制得2-亚氨基-2-甲氧乙基-1-硫代-β-D-半乳吡喃糖苷,再与药用明胶偶联制得半乳糖基明胶(galactosylgelatin,GG)的方法,并用99mTc标记后进行了动物肝显像及体内分布试验,结果表明,99mTc-GG主要集中于肝脏,肝显像清晰,有可能作为一种新的肝受体显像剂。
