本文报道了用干/湿相转换方法制得了具有梯度密度皮层的不对称BAC膜。从膜截面的扫描电镜观察和气体渗透性测定,证明不同形态结构的膜及其气体渗透性能是与由BCA聚合物、溶剂及不同致孔剂组成的铸膜液有关;并发现以紧密而孔径小的闭口空胞组成的过渡层对不对称膜的气体分离有利。这样有效地摆脱了气体分离膜在渗透性与选择性之间相互依存的关系。
In this paper, an asymmetric BAC film with a gradient density cortex was prepared by a dry / wet phase conversion method. Scanning electron microscopy and gas permeation measurements of the cross-section of the membrane showed that membranes of different morphologies and their gas permeability were related to cast membrane fluids consisting of BCA polymers, solvents and different porogens and were found to be dense and porous The transition layer composed of small closed cells is advantageous for the gas separation of the asymmetric membrane. This effectively get rid of the gas separation membrane permeability and selectivity of interdependence between the relationship.
