本文应用[7]中提供的理论方法,对具有不同几何的周向槽机匣处理的孤立转子作了失速起始点的估算。与标准转子比较结果表明,失速起始和稳定裕度的改进量的估算值和实验值均符合得较好,进一步证明了[7]所提供的方法是可靠的。为阐明该型处理机匣推迟失速发生的机理,提供了对周向凹槽中的诱导速度的简化分析方法,经与实验数据关联的结果展现了它们与改进稳定裕度的对应关系。
In this paper, the theoretical method provided in [7] is used to estimate the starting point of stall for isolated rotor machined by circumferential groove casings with different geometries. Compared with the standard rotor, the results show that both the estimated initial value and the improvement of stability margin are in good agreement with the experimental data, which further proves that the method provided in [7] is reliable. In order to elucidate the mechanism by which this type of casing delaying stalling, a simplified analytical method for the induced velocity in the circumferential groove is provided. The results associated with the experimental data show their correspondence with the improved stability margin.
