本文研究了在剂量率为80~110μR/h的环境中工作长达18~26年之久的工人外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率。结果表明他们的染色体畸变率略高于对照,但无统计学意义,当以不同剂量~(60)Coγ线照射受照人员离体淋巴细胞时,未发现染色体损伤修复增强的现象;另外,第一次分裂(M-1)细胞中的染色体有着丝粒和无着丝粒畸变的剂量一效应反应关系均可配合线性二次方程。
