铜(Ⅱ)由于具有顺磁性和重原子效应,荧光测定方法较少,水相荧光法更少。我们合成了8-氨基喹啉-5-偶氮-对苯磺酸(AQAPS),是Cu(Ⅱ)的较好的水相荧光测定试剂。Blanco等合成过5-苯基偶氮-8-氨基喹啉(APAQ),仅用于钯(Ⅱ)和CN~-的萃取光度试剂。我们按文献合成了APAQ,并首次用于萃取荧光光度法测定痕量金(Ⅲ)。本文报导利用APAQ水相荧光光度法测定痕量饲(Ⅱ),灵敏度和选择性较好,操作简便,用于高纯铅和铝中痕量铜的测定,结果较好。
Due to its paramagnetic and heavy atom effects, copper (Ⅱ) has fewer fluorescence methods and fewer aqueous fluorimetric methods. We synthesized 8-aminoquinoline-5-azo-p-benzenesulfonic acid (AQAPS), which is a good aqueous fluorometric reagent for Cu (Ⅱ). Blanco et al synthesized 5-phenylazo-8-aminoquinoline (APAQ), only for palladium (II) and CN ~ - extraction photometric reagent. We synthesized APAQ from the literature and were first used for the extraction of trace gold (Ⅲ) by fluorescence spectrophotometry. This paper reports the determination of trace Fe (Ⅱ) by APAQ aqueous fluorimetry with good sensitivity and selectivity and simple operation for the determination of trace copper in high purity lead and aluminum with good results.
