目的建立腐竹中乌洛托品的激光拉曼光谱分析方法。方法粉碎样品经乙腈提取,正己烷除脂,盐析后,用激光拉曼光谱仪进行测定。结果乌洛托品在0.050~1.000mg/kg的范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R2=0.9821,检出限为0.050mg/kg。结论此方法前处理简单,灵敏度和准确度高,检出限低,杂质干扰少,检测费用低,检测系统简单便携,便于在普通实验室和现场检测推广。
Objective To establish a method of laser Raman spectroscopy of urotropine in Yuba. Methods Crushed samples were extracted with acetonitrile, hexane was degreased and salted out, and then measured by laser Raman spectrometer. Results Urotropine had good linearity in the range of 0.050-1.000 mg / kg with a correlation coefficient of R2 = 0.9821 and a detection limit of 0.050 mg / kg. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple pretreatment, high sensitivity and accuracy, low detection limit, less impurity interference, low detection cost, simple and portable detection system, and convenient general laboratory and field testing.
