为加强市级财政票据管理,优化工作流程,提高工作效率,方便领购单位办理票据业务,2016年5月开始,天津市财政局征收局从市级财政票据的报送、审核、审批、领购和年度审验方式等环节入手,对2015年核发的494个购票单位领购市级财政票据情况开展了分析了解,掌握了有关资料,本文对调研情况进行了论述,并提出加强市级财政票据核发管理工作的建议。
