《职业病防治“十二五”规划》和《上海市职业病防治预防监管三年行动计划》实施以来,上海市安全生产监督管理局加大了职业病危害专项行政监测推进力度,探索建立了职业病防治定期公告制度。目前,上海市职业病防治定期公告制度采用政府招投标的形式购买服务,由第三方服务机构每季度对市重点行业领域或重点职业病危害因素进行监测,并形成现状分析专题报告,在上海安全生产网站发布,内容包括统计分析、监测结果、问题剖析等。2014年完成了电焊作业、重金属(铅镉)企业职业病危害现状分析,汇总如下。
