目的建立毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS法)定性检测血中毒鼠强的方法。方法血样经苯提取后,用DM-5弹性石英毛细管柱(Dikma公司,30m×0.25mm×0.25μm),100℃~250℃程序升温,分别以全扫描模式和选择离子监测模式进样测定。结果毒鼠强的质谱特征碎片M/Z为240、212和121。结论所建立的方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可为临床相关急性中毒抢救工作提供科学的实验依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish a qualitative method for the qualitative determination of blood poisoned rats by capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods The blood samples were extracted with benzene and heated with a DM-5 elastic quartz capillary column (Dmma, 30m × 0.25mm × 0.25μm) at 100 ℃ ~ 250 ℃. The whole blood samples were collected by scanning mode and selected ion monitoring mode. Results Strong tetracycline signature fragments M / Z of tetramine were 240, 212 and 121. Conclusion The established method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate and can provide scientific experimental evidences for clinical acute poisoning rescue work.
