随着彩色桌面印刷系统的问世与发展,作为计算机的输入设备——平台式扫描仪已得到了广泛的应用,如办公室文书处理、彩色图像、多媒体应用,并向更专业的领域发展。 目前市场上大多数平台式扫描仪采用24位色彩模式,每个像素的红、绿,蓝三原色分别用8位表示,即每色有256种色彩,可组合成1670万颜色。但由于受扫描仪CDD感光部件的敏感度和电子线路的影响,使得扫描得到的图像质量难以满足用户的要求。为了解决这一复杂问题,MICROTEK公司于1994年推出了ScanMaker Ⅲ彩色平台
With the advent of color desktop printing system and its development, the platform scanner has been widely used as a computer input device, such as office document processing, color image and multimedia applications and has been developed in more specialized fields. Currently, most platform scanners on the market adopt a 24-bit color mode. The three primary colors of red, green and blue of each pixel are respectively represented by 8 bits, that is, each color has 256 colors and can be combined into 16.7 million colors.
