当产品零件结构为圆形板件,厚δ=1~6mm,虽其精度要求不高,但由于缺乏圆落料模下料和机加工不好装夹等原因,往往使操作者为加工而犯愁。这里介绍一简易可行的加工方法:(1)先把钢板落料成正方形或正多角形;(2)进行校平;(3)车制一带顶尖孔的圆压板(其压紧用平面与顶尖孔中心应垂直)再按如图示的压紧法(用活顶尖顶紧)即可进行切削加工。若用切环槽落料时,可先切至距工件平面约0.1~0.25mm时把
