较详细地阐述了LH-04重油加氢脱铁催化剂的实验室研制过程。在实验室100mL小型加氢试验装置上以配制的高铁油(含铁98.0mg/L)为原料与参比剂A进行了1000h的评价试验,其脱铁率为99.3%(参比剂A为96.9%),而且较参比剂A具有更好的活性稳定性。1000h运转后催化剂样品的化学分析和EDAX分析结果表明,LH-04催化剂的相对吸铁活性为参比剂A的3.17倍,所脱除的铁元素在LH-04催化剂上从表面到内部分布比较均匀,而在参比剂A上则集中分布在表面。LH-04催化剂较参比剂A能够更好地将原料中的铁元素捕捉于自己的孔道中,起到脱铁容铁有效地抑制反应器压力降上升的作用。
The laboratory development of LH-04 heavy oil hydrodeation catalyst is described in detail.
