After Deng Xiaoping and “South Tour” in 1992, “market economy” has become the subject of Chinese society. The strong market forces have promoted China’s rapid economic growth for three decades. It is also from that period that “invisible hand”, as a metaphor of the market, has gradually entered the marketplace from economics textbooks and is well known to the general public. Since 2000, the gradual emergence of “small dinner tables” in various large and medium-sized cities in China has vividly embodied the enormous power of the market.
