火焰光度法测定复混肥中K2O含量,由于标准溶液与待测溶液基体不一致,使测定结果重现性差,与重量法测定结果相差较大。为此,对方法进行了改进,采用基体一致,用已知K2O含量的复混肥(其氧化钾含量以重量法测定结果为准)作为标准溶液对仪器进行校准。大量的对照实验表明,此法所测K2O结果与重量法测定结果较吻合,且方法简单,快速,适合复混肥生产控制中氧化钾快速测定。
Flame spectrophotometric determination of K2O in the compound fertilizer, due to inconsistencies between the standard solution and the matrix of the solution to be tested, the determination results were poorly reproducible, which were different from the gravimetric determination results. To this end, the method has been improved, consistent with the substrate, with known K2O content of the compound fertilizer (potassium oxide content gravimetric determination of results) as a standard solution of the instrument calibration. A large number of control experiments show that the K2O measured by this method is in good agreement with the gravimetric method and the method is simple and rapid. It is suitable for the rapid determination of potassium oxide in the production and control of compound fertilizer.
