(李振龙 肖乐报道)今年是我国远 洋渔业发展20周年。为总结经验,分析形势,研 究“十一五”期间我国远洋渔业发展战略,农业部 和商务部于3月28日在北京联合举办了“中国远洋 渔业发展战略研讨会”。会议由农业部渔业局副局长 李健华主持,农业部副部长牛盾、商务部副部长魏 建国出席了会议并做了重要讲话。出席会议的还 有:外交部条法司、中央财经工作领导小组办公 室、国家发改委农经司、公安部边防局、财政部关 税司、国务院研究室等有关单位的负责同志,交通 部、中国人民银行、海关总署、税务总局、质检 总局、国务院发展研究中心、外汇管理局及农业 部、商务部有关司局负责同志,有关省市渔业行政 主管部门的负责同志,以及部分远洋渔业企业代表。 会议总结了我国远洋渔业合作发展20年来取得的成
(Reported by Li Zhenlong and Xiao Le) This year marks the 20th anniversary of the development of offshore fishing in China. In order to summarize the experience, analyze the situation and study the development strategy of China’s offshore fisheries during the 11th Five-Year Plan period, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Commerce jointly held the “China COSCO Fisheries Development Strategy Seminar” on March 28 in Beijing. The meeting was chaired by Li Jianhua, deputy director of the Fisheries Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture. Vice Minister of Agriculture Niu Dun and Vice Minister of Commerce Wei Jianguo attended the meeting and made important speeches. Also present at the meeting were: Department of Justice, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Office of the Leading Group for Central Finance and Economic Cooperation, Department of Agriculture and Economics, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Public Security Border Defense, Customs Department of the Ministry of Finance, State Council Research Office and other relevant units responsible comrades, the Ministry of Communications, the People’s Bank of China General Administration of Customs, General Administration of Customs, General Administration of Customs, General Administration of Customs, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, State Council Development Research Center, SAFE, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Commerce, responsible comrades of fishery administrative departments of relevant provinces and municipalities, and representatives of some offshore fishery enterprises.
