伴随我国社会经济的高速发展,现代社会尤其是城市对轨道交通的需求日益增加。与此同时,政工工作对于城市轨道的健康发展具有重大作用,为城轨行业创设显著社会效益与经济效益。本文首先简述了城市轨道交通开展政工工作的重要性,其次从基于群众心态角度,详细阐述了如何优化城轨行业开展政工工作。
With the rapid socio-economic development in our country, the demand for rail transit in modern society, especially in cities, is increasing. At the same time, political work has a major role in the healthy development of urban railways, creating significant social and economic benefits for the urban rail industry. This article first outlines the importance of urban rail transit to carry out political work, and secondly from a mass point of view, elaborated on how to optimize the urban rail industry to carry out political work.
