微生物对磁场的变化敏感。试验在前期试验发现磁处理后土壤中细菌数量下降的基础上,采用连续培养、室内模拟的方法,详细研究了磁处理棕壤后对土壤中几种细菌的影响。研究发现磁处理棕壤后并不是土壤中所有种属的细菌数量都下降,氨化细菌的数量降低,硝化细菌的数量增加,300mT和500mT处理磷细菌数量显著增加。各种细菌数量均在磁处理后的第1~7d表现出较强的磁效应,存在滞后和衰退现象。
Microbes are sensitive to changes in the magnetic field. Test On the basis of the decrease of bacteria in the soil after magnetic treatment in the previous experiment, the effects of magnetic treatment of brown soil on several bacteria in the soil were studied in detail by means of continuous culture and indoor simulation. The results showed that the number of bacteria not all species in the soil decreased after magnetic treatment of brown soil, the number of ammonifying bacteria decreased, the number of nitrifying bacteria increased, and the number of phosphorus bacteria increased significantly at 300mT and 500mT. The number of all kinds of bacteria in the first 1 ~ 7d after magnetic treatment showed strong magnetic effect, there lag and recession phenomenon.
