通过SEM、力学性能测试、TG等方法研究了纤维对聚乳酸/玉米秸秆纤维复合发泡材料(PFFM)微观结构、表观密度、膨胀率、力学性能和热性能的影响。结果表明,玉米秸秆纤维的加入提高了发泡材料的表观密度和力学性能,当纤维含量为15%时,表观密度最小,综合力学性能最好;扫描电镜结果显示,聚乳酸和玉米秸秆纤维之间相容性较好,纤维的加入改变了泡孔成型方式。
The effects of fibers on the microstructure, apparent density, expansion rate, mechanical properties and thermal properties of polylactic acid / corn stalk fiber composite foaming material (PFFM) were studied by SEM, mechanical properties test and TG. The results showed that the addition of corn stalk fiber increased the apparent density and mechanical properties of the foamed material. When the fiber content was 15%, the apparent density was the smallest and the comprehensive mechanical properties were the best. Scanning electron microscopy results showed that polylactic acid and corn stover Compatibility between the fibers is better, the addition of fibers to change the cell molding.
