目的:探究模块化管理在手术室护理管理中的应用。方法:选取2015年1月-2016年1月我院手术室在执行模块化管理前进行的97例同类型手术资料为对照组,另选取2016年2月-2017年2月我院在手术室护理管理中实行模块化管理后的97例同类型手术资料作为改革组。结果:改革组的手术安全核查正确率、器械物品准备正确率、仪器布局正确率远远超出对照组,综合来看改革组的手术护理质量更高,改革组的手术时间和术前护理准备时间较对照组相比明显缩短,组间差异显著,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:模块化管理在手术室护理管理中取得了良好的效果,提升了手术室护理的质量,值得在手术室护理管理中推广使用。
Objective: To explore the application of modular management in operating room nursing management. Methods: From January 2015 to January 2016, 97 cases of the same type of operation data in the operating room of our hospital before the implementation of modular management were selected as the control group. Conclusion: Modular management has achieved good results in the operation and management of operating room and improved the quality of operating room nursing. It is worth to popularize and use in operating room nursing management.
