根据现场调查和钻孔资料 ,采用肉眼及偏光显微镜观察、X-射线衍射分析、岩石化学成分分析等方法 ,研究了淄博煤田石炭二叠系煤系共生粘土岩分布特征、矿物学、岩石学特征 ,划分出不同类型的高岭石粘土岩 ,并对其成因进行了探讨 .结果认为 ,7煤高岭石粘土岩夹矸质量好、价值大 ,其特征与国外文献中提到的“Tonstein”类似 ,为中酸性火山灰蚀变而成 ;伊利石化高岭石粘土岩的发现与研究具有较高应用价值 ,且具有一定的理论意义
