在我国社会经济不断发展的现阶段,很多企业都正处于战略资源管理整合的重要阶段,特别是经事业单位改制的企业而言,其要想实现健康长远发展还需要对内部和外部的形势和趋势实现掌握,尤其要做好人事流程重整工作。为此,本文以广州污水公司为案例,围绕卓越人事流程重整推动事业单位改制企业的问题进行了深入的探究。
