A three-dimensional c / c composite material incorporating high-energy boron ions is introduced. Oxidation kinetics of untreated or treated composites can be studied by pyrolysis analysis. The chemical analysis was performed with secondary ion mass spectrometry, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and helical scanning spectroscopy. Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the microstructure of the oxidized surface. The addition of boron ions increases the initial oxidation temperature from 550 ° C to 700 ° C and lowers the rate of low-temperature oxidation in half. Boron suppression mechanism seems to be a special combined resistance formed by boron oxide and electron transfer.
