近年来,随着世界经济一体化与我国企业“走出去”战略不断深入发展,企业在发展的过程中,出于完善自身资本结构与提高市场竞争力等方面的考量,利用企业并购与重组迅速壮大企业的方式屡见不鲜,然而,企业并购与重组工作失败案例的凸显也在警示着企业一定要做好相关风险的分析与控制措施。本文主要从企业并购重组的过程出发,对并购准备阶段、并购交易阶段以及交易后整合阶段进行浅谈。
