为了适应微小卫星百叶窗热控系统的工作要求,提出了用于微热控百叶窗的半导体热电控制形状记忆合金新型驱动元件的构想。用实验和数值软件A nsys对驱动元件温度、变形等特性进行了研究,模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合。结果表明,与直接电加热的控制方式相比,该新型驱动元件的变形量是其2.4倍,动作频率则是其6倍。给定的驱动元件工作性能取决于形状记忆合金的相变温度和输入电流之间的匹配。
In order to meet the requirements of the micro-satellite shutter thermal control system, the concept of a new type of drive element for semiconductor thermoelectric control shape memory alloy for micro-thermal shutter is proposed. Experimental and numerical software A nsys was used to study the characteristics of temperature and deformation of the driving element. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results. The results show that compared with the direct electric heating control, the deformation of the new driving element is 2.4 times its operating frequency is 6 times. The performance of a given drive element depends on the match between the phase transition temperature of the shape memory alloy and the input current.
