在陕西省绥德县石家湾乡,当地十里八村的群众都从心眼里佩服带领群众致富奔小康的女民兵——张菊林。 十几年前,张菊林偶然从报上看到种植蘑菇的报道后,认为养菇是一条致富的好途径。于是,她只身奔赴山东、北京农科院学习实践。回乡后她一边钻研技术,一边采来野蘑菇在窑洞试种。由于种蘑菇在当地尚无先例,不少村民怕她栽跟头,劝她别冒险了。可她却说:“认准了的事,风险再大也要干!”1993
In Shijiawan Township, Suide County, Shaanxi Province, the masses of ten or eight villages in the area admired the female militia - Zhang Julin, who led the masses to a well-to-do society. So, she went to Shandong alone, Beijing Academy of Agricultural Sciences to study and practice. After returning home she studied technology, while wild mushrooms in the cave trial planting. Due to the lack of precedent for planting mushrooms in the area, many villagers are afraid of her planted, advising her not to take risks. But she said: “Look for something, the risk is too big to do!”
