我院1991年2月至1992年1月收治经头颅CT证实的非优势半球中风所致失语症12例,报道如下。一般情况:本组病例男性7例,女性5例。年龄50~67岁,平均58.5岁。脑梗塞3例,脑出血9例。全部由头颅CT检查确诊。所有病例均为右利手,都存在不同程度失语。如:言语不流畅、缓慢、模糊不清、词量少、缄默不语等。本组病例均排除了皮层脑干束受损的假性球麻痹所致的构音困难。病灶分布:均为大脑半球单个病灶。脑出血CT所示病灶,内囊、外囊、颞叶各1例,丘脑4例,基底节2例,脑梗塞CT所示病灶基底节3例。失语类型:运动性失语8例。其中言语不流畅3例,讲话缓慢、吐字不清、词量少5例。混合性失语4例。
Our hospital from February 1991 to January 1992 were admitted to the non-dominant hemispheric stroke-induced aphasia confirmed by skull CT in 12 cases, reported as follows. General situation: This group of males 7 cases, 5 females. Age 50 to 67 years old, average 58.5 years old. 3 cases of cerebral infarction, 9 cases of cerebral hemorrhage. All diagnosed by head CT examination. All cases were right hand, there are varying degrees of aphasia. Such as: speech is not smooth, slow, vague, less words, silence and so on. The patients were excluded from the cortical brainstem damage caused by pseudobulbar pituitary dysarthria. Lesions distribution: a single lesion of the hemisphere. Cerebral hemorrhage showed CT lesions, internal capsule, outer capsule, temporal lobe in 1 case, 4 cases of thalamus, basal ganglia in 2 cases, cerebral infarction CT showed lesions in basal ganglia in 3 cases. Aphasia Type: Exercise aphasia in 8 cases. The speech is not smooth in 3 cases, speech is slow, unclear articulation, the amount of words less 5 cases. Mixed aphasia in 4 cases.
