红斑狼疮(LE)是一种多发于女性的自身免疫性的慢性炎症性结缔组织病。本病男女之间比例约为1:9,年龄以20岁~40岁为最,但幼儿和老人亦可发病。近20年来本病的患病率在妇女中为1/2000,有些地区甚至高达1/250。因红斑狼疮患者病程漫长,长期用药引起的副作用对机体的不良影响及自身免疫反应会造成各器官的损害。因此,应注意饮食营养的调节,合理平衡膳食,有利于病情缓解及机体功能的恢复。在这里,对红斑狼疮患者
