政治认同是指人们在政治实践中产生的对现存政治体系的情感倾向和心理归属。政治认同是获得政治合法性的必要条件,是取得政治权威的前提,是政治合法性和政治权威的统一体。在中国,共产党是政治权力的主要执掌者,人们对党的认同是党获得执政合法性的基本前提,是党执政能力的核心要件。农民是中国最大的社会阶层,农民对党的政治认同是中国社会稳定与发展的基础性因素,决定着党和国家的命运。建党以来,农民对党的政治认同经历了纷繁复杂的过程,在不同时期表现出了不均衡的特征。回顾建党以来农民对党政治认同的变迁历程,有助于我们站在历史的平台上,实事求是地总结党在获取农民政治认同问题上的经验和教训,探索农民对党政治认同的逻辑进路。
Political identity refers to people’s emotional orientation and psychological affiliation to the existing political system arising from political practice. Political identity is the necessary condition to obtain political legitimacy, the prerequisite for obtaining political authority, and the unity of political legitimacy and political authority. In China, the Communist Party is the chief power of political power. People’s recognition of the party is the basic premise for the party to obtain the legitimacy of its ruling. It is the core requirement of the party’s ability to govern. Peasants are the largest social stratum in China. Peasants’ political approval of the party is a fundamental factor in the social stability and development in China and determines the fate of the party and the country. Since the founding of the party, peasants’ political identification of the party has undergone complicated processes and has shown uneven characteristics in different periods. Reviewing the vicissitudes of the peasants ’party-political identity since the founding of the party helped us to stand on the historical platform, sum up the party’s experience and lessons in gaining peasants political identification truth-seekingly, and explore the logic of the peasants’ recognition of the party’s politics.
