在改革开放不断深化背景下,我国国有企业的规模以及效益也在逐年增加,但是尽管很多企业都开始重视并将人力资源管理作为企业管理的重点,但是在实践中依然无法正确处理好人力资源管理与组织绩效之间的关系,进而阻碍了企业的健康发展。对此,我们十分有必要就人力资源管理实践与组织绩效的关系进行深入探讨,并为今后人力资源管理提出改进以及优化建议,以此来为国有企业的创新发展提供参考依据。
