该文介绍一个在微机上实现的枪弹结构辅助设计系统GPCAD。该系统可进行枪弹结构设计,结构特征参数计算,强度校核,零件图、总装图及三维实体造型的DXF格式图形文件自动生成,可直接调用AutoCAD、3DStudio得到产品图和实体造型,实现了设计自动化。文中详细介绍系统的实现方法,着重讨论了对DXF数据结构的改进措施和改进后的尺寸标注方法,采用这些方法,可缩短图形文件长度和生成与调用时间。
This article introduces a GPCAD, aided design system for bullet structures implemented on a microcomputer. The system can automatically generate DXF format graphic files of bullet structure design, structural characteristic parameter calculation, strength check, part drawing, assembly drawing and three-dimensional solid modeling, and can directly call AutoCAD and 3DStudio to get the product drawing and solid modeling to realize the design automation. This paper introduces the implementation of the system in detail, focuses on the improvement of the DXF data structure and the improved dimensioning method. With these methods, the length of the graphics file and the generation and recall time can be shortened.
