研究了采用喷射成形方法制备的CuNiMnSi合金与感应熔炼CuNiMnSi合金的微观组织、力学性能及合金的热加工性能。结果表明,采用喷射成形方法制备的CuNiMnSi合金的合金成分更均匀、无宏观偏析、组织由近球形等轴晶组成。抗拉强度、伸长率都优于铸态合金,拉伸断口为典型的韧性断裂。喷射成形态的CuNiMnSi合金不存在中温脆性区,热加工性能显著提高。
The microstructure, mechanical properties and hot workability of CuNiMnSi alloy prepared by spray forming and induction melting CuNiMnSi alloy were studied. The results show that the CuNiMnSi alloy prepared by spray forming has a more uniform composition without macroscopic segregation and the microstructure is composed of nearly spherical equiaxed grains. Tensile strength, elongation are better than as-cast alloy, tensile fracture is a typical ductile fracture. The CuNiMnSi alloy sprayed into the shape does not exist in the temperature brittle zone, hot workability significantly improved.
