The state-owned economy is an economy with some special significance and is dual in nature. On the one hand, the state-owned economy basically can not afford to play a very small role in undertaking other forms of economic composition in the entire national economy. For example, industries involving national security; industries that provide important public goods and services; industries such as natural monopolies; and backbone industries in national pillar industries and high-tech industries. The actual state-owned economy in these industries still occupies a monopoly position. another
