目的:调查福州地区EB病毒壳抗原-免疫球蛋白A(VCA-IgA)在本地人群中分布的情况。方法:用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测8000例福州体检人群的EB病毒VCA-IgA,并与其它地区进行比较。结果:VCA-IgA阳性者712例,阳性率为8.90%,其中女性阳性率为9.27%(346/3732),男性阳性率为8.58%(366/4268);EB病毒VCA-IgA检出率高低与年龄呈正相关。结论:在福州地区8000例人群中,EB病毒VCA-IgA在各年龄段均有较高的感染率,其中≥60岁年龄组VCA-IgA感染率最高达14.11%,应加强对福州地区人群EB病毒感染的监测。
Objective: To investigate the distribution of Epstein-Barr virus envelope antigen-immunoglobulin A (VCA-IgA) in local population in Fuzhou. Methods: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect Epstein-Barr virus VCA-IgA in 8000 Fuzhou physical examination population and compared with other regions. Results: The positive rate of VCA-IgA was 8.90%. The positive rate of female VCA-IgA was 9.27% (346/3732) and the positive rate of male VCA-IgA was 8.58% (366/4268) And age was positively correlated. CONCLUSIONS: VCA-IgA of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) has a higher infection rate in all age groups in 8000 cases in Fuzhou area, of which the highest VCA-IgA infection rate of ≥60 years old group is 14.11% Virus infection monitoring.
