光声和光热无损检测技术是一种用于检测某些工业材料的脱颖而出的方法。本文主要讨论宇航工业广泛应用的铝-环氧树脂和石墨-环氧树脂迭层以及冶金涂敷材料。这些材料在制作以后通常是应用超声波检测和射线照相技术检测分层的。光学技术则是另一种方法,因为这种方法在大的表面上容易扫描,无需与检测表面接触,所以能在有害的和需遥控定位的环境下推广应用。本文描述了用光声和光热方法检测层状材料的一些应用。
Photoacoustic and photothermal NDT technology is a method of testing certain industrial materials to stand out. This article focuses on aluminum-epoxy and graphite-epoxy laminates and metallurgical coatings widely used in the aerospace industry. These materials are usually delaminated using ultrasound and radiography techniques after their manufacture. Optical technology is another method because it is easy to scan on a large surface and does not require contact with the test surface, so it can be used in hazardous and remote-controlled environments. This paper describes some applications of photoacoustic and photothermal methods for the detection of layered materials.
