改革开放以来 ,我区与东部及沿海地区经济社会发展差距越拉越大 ,主客观因素很多 ,但其中 ,干部整体素质偏低是一个相当重要的因素。为此 ,我们采用问卷和访谈等多种方式 ,用时 2年 ,就我区基层党政干部的法律素质状况进行了调查。被调查对象具有相当的广泛性和一定的代表性。 Since the reform and opening up, there has been a widening gap between the economic and social development in our region, the east and the coastal areas with many subjective and objective factors. However, the low overall quality of cadres is a very important factor.
