利用害虫生理方面的物质基础来控制害虫的生长发育或繁殖,是当前防治研究工作中的新动向,性引诱剂的研究试验就是其中的一个方面。目前我国在利用性引诱剂防治棉红铃虫和松毛虫等农林害虫的研究试验进展很快。据介绍,早在一九六六年国外就已报导过松干介壳虫的一种雌成虫有性引诱物质能引诱雄成虫的现象。本项工作是根据日本松干介壳虫雌成虫不会飞,活动范围有限,能多次交尾和不营孤雌生殖的特点,试图通过试验,了解其有无分泌性引诱物质引诱雄成虫的现象。以便探索用于松干介壳虫的防治或普查工作的可能性。
