1 植物细胞微核技术的原理 植物细胞微核技术是根据遗传学上染色体畸变的原理而建立的一种环境污染的生物监测方法。植物细胞在有丝分裂或减数分裂的早前期,如受到有害因子的攻击,可能发生染色体断裂,产生染色体片断,这些片断就游离在细胞质中,形成大小不同的小核,即微核。环境中的诱变物越多,形成的微核就越多,因此可以根据微核的多少,说明诱变物强弱,表示环境污染程度。
1 Principles of plant cell micronucleus technology Plant cell micronucleus technology is a bio-monitoring method for environmental pollution based on the principle of genetic chromosomal aberrations. Plant cells in the early stages of mitosis or meiosis, such as the attack by harmful factors, may occur chromosomal breakage, produce chromosome fragments, these fragments are free in the cytoplasm, the formation of different sizes of small nuclei, that is, micronuclei. The more mutagenic materials in the environment, the more micronuclei are formed. Therefore, based on the number of micronuclei, the mutagenicity can be described to indicate the degree of environmental pollution.
