我公司于1985年12月从法国波坦公司购进一台H25/14C型塔吊,使用不久即出现了只能单方向(向右)回转,不能反方向(向左)回转的现象。该机的回转机构是由两个鼠笼式电机通过带传动带动两个行星减速器来驱动回转小齿轮实现回转运动的,通过操纵杆改变电机转向使塔机向左右两个方向回转。在行星减速器上设置了手动机构,用专用手柄亦可实现两个方向的回转。另外,还设置了回转限制器,当单方向回转的圈数超过调定值时,回转限制器起作用,切断电机电源,以保护电缆不受损伤。由此可知,造成只能单方向回转的原因可
In December 1985, our company purchased a H25/14C tower crane from French Potain Company, and soon after using it, there was a phenomenon that it could only rotate in one direction (to the right) and could not rotate in the opposite direction (to the left). The slewing mechanism of the machine is two squirrel-cage motors driving two planetary reducers through a belt drive to drive the slewing pinion to realize the slewing movement. The joystick is used to change the direction of the slewing motor to rotate the tower crane in two directions. A manual mechanism is provided on the planetary speed reducer, and the dedicated handle can also realize the two-direction rotation. In addition, a swing limiter is also provided. When the number of turns in a single direction exceeds the set value, the swing limiter acts to shut off the motor power supply to protect the cable from damage. It can be seen that the reason for the unidirectional rotation
