目的:研究糖脉康颗粒配合全视网膜光凝治疗严重非增生性和增生性糖尿病视网膜病变的临床效果。方法:选取62例严重非增生性和增生性糖尿病视网膜病变患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组(各31例),对照组采用全视网膜光凝治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予糖脉康颗粒治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗前后血糖相关指标,视力,眼底病变变化,以及血液流变学指标变化情况,并对两组疗效进行统计。结果:与治疗前比较,两组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2 h PG),糖基化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均明显降低,且治疗组各项指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组视力均有提高,且治疗组视力优于对照组(P<0.05);两组血液流变学各项指标均降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为96.8%,明显高于对照组的83.9%(P<0.05)。结论:糖脉康颗粒配合全视网膜光凝治疗严重非增生性和增生性糖尿病视网膜病变患者可以有效降低患者血糖水平,降低血液黏稠度、血液凝固性,维持血液流变学状态,控制和改善糖尿病视网膜病变的发展。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of Tangmailang granules combined with panretinal photocoagulation in the treatment of severe non-proliferative and proliferative diabetic retinopathy. Methods: Sixty-two patients with severe non-proliferative and proliferative diabetic retinopathy were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group (31 cases each). The control group was treated with panretinal photocoagulation. On the basis of the control group The Tangmaikang granule was given to treat the two groups of patients before and after treatment of blood glucose-related indicators, visual acuity, fundus lesions, and changes in hemorheology indicators, and statistics of the two groups. Results: Compared with those before treatment, fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2h PG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) levels were significantly lower in both groups and the indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The visual acuity of both groups was improved, and the visual acuity of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The indexes of hemorheology in both groups were decreased and the treatment group was lower than the control group (P <0.05) The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.8%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (83.9%, P <0.05). Conclusion: Tangmaikang granule combined with panretinal photocoagulation in patients with severe non-proliferative and proliferative diabetic retinopathy can effectively reduce blood glucose levels, reduce blood viscosity, blood coagulation, maintain the state of hemorheology, control and improve diabetes Retinopathy development.
