通过理论分析和实例计算,对矿井轴流风机的选型计算方法进行了讨论。指出,只有当风机的运行工况点与网路所需工况点重合,且运行工况点位于风机的最高效率点时,风机消耗的轴功率最小;最有利直径法是追求所选风机运行工况具有最高效率且风机拍功率最小的一种正确的选型设计方法。
Through the theoretical analysis and case calculation, the selection calculation method of mine axial fan is discussed.
