本文报告我院1979～1979年行鼓膜大穿孔修补术93例(97耳),随访3个月至3年的疗效观察,其中术后穿孔总封闭率为83.5％,听力效果:语言频率气骨导闭合在10分贝以内占59.5％、闭合15～20分贝16.3％、分贝以上25.1％。 介绍我院以夹层法和经耳道后壁内植法为主的两种术式。结合病例重点讨论了适应症选择与移植组织选择等问题。
