小口径钻具在复杂地层钻进时,经常遇到坍塌掉块和超径现象;且钻杆或接手折断后又经常发生在超径处。由于斜孔超径,以及接手内径较小,所以用公锥打捞事故钻具时,就比较困难。加之操作不当,往往很容易损坏公锥造成封堵。我队所用的钻具是同级级配,孔壁与钻杆的环状间隙较小,封堵断头后改用母锥捞取时,就要先进行扒皮。用普通合金钻头进行扒皮时,不易找正,同时开车后又容易错头。尤其处理事故的钻具如果不带弯对不上断头时,开车后就更容易错头。为此设计了一种带罩扒皮合金钻头(图1)。经使用,效果较好。
When drilling in complex formations, small-diameter drilling tools often encounter collapsing and oversizing phenomena; and the drill pipe or the take-over are often fractured and often occur at the over-size point. Due to the slant hole over diameter, and take over the smaller diameter, so with the funnel recovery accident drill, it is more difficult. Coupled with improper operation, often easy to damage the male cone blockage. The drilling tools used by our team are at the same level with the smaller annular clearance between the hole wall and the drill pipe. Grinding with ordinary alloy drill bit, it is not easy to find the correct, but also easy to head after driving the wrong head. In particular, deal with the accident if the drilling tool without bending the broken head, the more likely to head after driving the wrong head. To this end, a cover with a skinned alloy drill bit (Figure 1). After use, the effect is better.
