文章在以政策演进为线索回顾改革开放以来我国住房金融发展历程的基础上,对由于超常规发展所带来的一些结构失衡问题进行了讨论,并给出了部分政策建议。
Based on the evolution of housing finance in our country since the reform and opening up, the paper discusses some structural imbalances caused by unconventional development and gives some policy suggestions.
