为了促进游泳运动员运动成绩的不断提升,近年来人们在加大训练负荷方面做了非常多的努力。一方面不断增加游泳运动员的训练量,另一方面也在不断提高其运动强度。高原训练能够给机体更强烈的刺激,对于挖掘人体潜能具有非常重要的意义。
In order to promote the continuous improvement of athletic performance of swimmers, people have done a lot of hard work in recent years to increase their training load.
