目的观察黑升麻异丙醇提取物(ICR)对去卵巢大鼠中心体温的影响。方法雌性SD大鼠分为4组:去卵巢(OVX)组、假手术组、去卵巢后戊酸雌二醇(OVX+E)组和去卵巢后ICR组,相应的药物治疗并连续监测体温6周。结果 4组大鼠中心体温均保持昼低夜高的正常生理节律。日间和夜间中心体温,OVX组、(OVX+E)组和(OVX+ICR)组均高于假手术组;日间中心体温,(OVX+E)组和(OVX+ICR)组均低于OVX组。假手术组的昼夜温差最小;而(OVX+E)组和(OVX+ICR)组的昼夜温差均较OVX组增大。日间体温波动幅度、夜间体温波动幅度以及体温波动较大次数:OVX组均较假手术组增高;(OVX+ICR)组夜间体温波动幅度,均较OVX组增高;(OVX+ICR)组日间体温波动幅度较OVX组低。结论大鼠去卵巢后可发生体温调节异常。黑升麻异丙醇提取物改变大鼠中心体温,且对去卵巢大鼠日间中心体温影响明显。
Objective To observe the effect of ICS on the central body temperature of ovariectomized rats. Methods Female Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into 4 groups: ovariectomized (OVX) group, sham operation group, post-ovariectomized estradiol valerate (OVX + E) group and ICR group after ovariectomized. The corresponding drug treatment and continuous monitoring of body temperature 6 weeks. Results The central body temperature of four groups of rats kept the normal circadian rhythm of daytime and nighttime high. The daytime and nighttime center temperature, OVX group, (OVX + E) group and (OVX + ICR) group were significantly higher than those in the sham operation group; daytime central temperature, OVX + E group and OVX + In the OVX group. The temperature difference between day and night in the sham group was the lowest, while the difference between day and night in the OVX + E group and the OVX + ICR group was larger than that in the OVX group. Daytime body temperature fluctuations, fluctuations in body temperature at night, and body temperature fluctuations a greater number of times: OVX group were increased compared with the sham operation group; (OVX + ICR) group night temperature fluctuations were higher than OVX group; (OVX + ICR) Between the body temperature fluctuations lower than the OVX group. Conclusion Ovariectomized rats may have abnormal thermoregulation. Black cohosh isopropanol extract alters body temperature in rats, and has significant effects on daytime central body temperature in ovariectomized rats.
