This article describes the same C18 column, under the same chromatographic conditions, methanol and glacial acetic acid as the mobile phase aqueous solution, UV detector, chlorothalonil and metalaxyl compound formulations quantitative analysis. The standard deviation of the method was 0.01 and 0.02, the coefficient of variation was 0.01% and 0.18% respectively, and the linear correlation coefficients were 0.9998 and 0.9991 respectively. The average recoveries were 99.9% and 99.7% respectively.
